How do I stop receiving emails everytime my forum topic is updated?
You receive email notifications for a topic update when you are a subscriber to that topic. When you create a new forum topic, you are automatically subscribed to that topic. To stop receiving the email notifications, you need to unsubscribe. Follow the steps below to unsubscribe from a topic and stop receiving update via emails.
To unsubscribe from a forum topic
- Login to your KeyImagery account if you are not already logged in.
- Under the My Home branch on the Main Menu, click the My Forums option.
- On the My Forum Subscriptions page, locate the topic on the list that you want to stop receiving updates for.
- Click the Unsubscribe button.
You will now be unsubscribed from the topic and no further notifications will be emailed to you. To resubscribe to any forum topic, simply click on the Subscribe button when you are on the Forum Topic Detail page.
