I forgot my username and/or password. What do i do?
If you are unable to remember your password and/or username click on the If you are unable to remember your password and/or username click on the
Lost your Pasword? link located at the top righthand side of your page.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, enter you username in the field provided and click 'Submit'. You will be sent an email with a temporary system generated password with which to log in. Ensure that you change your temporary password to something more memorable once you have accessed your account.
Forgotten Username & Password
If you have forgotten both your username and password enter your email address in the field privided and click 'Submit'. You will be sent an email containing your username, and a temporary system generated password with which to log in. Ensure that you change your temporary password to something more memorable once you have accessed your account.
