Do I upload lo-res event photos or my hi-res event photos?

You have a choice when uploading event photos to your event. Deciding on whether to upload lo-res preview files or your hi-res files event photos will ultimately depend on whether you are fulfilling your own photo orders, or whether KeyImagery will be fulfilling the photo orders for you.

Lo-Res Files

Only upload lo-res files if you only intend to fulfil your own photo orders. If you've uploaded lo-res files and you change your mind about order fulfilment, you will then need to upload your hi-res files, which could delay the order delivery for your customers. Lo-res files should be a minimum of 750x750px in a RGB JPEG format. This will ensure the photo previews that your clients and customers will see will be at the maximum display size. Uploading lo-res previews will also considerably speed up the upload process.

Hi-Res Files

Upload hi-res files for the most flexibility. Whether you intend to fulfil your own orders, or whether you would like KeyImagery to, you'll have the freedom to chop and change at will if your event photos are uploaded in the highest resolution you have them in. Uploading hi-res files can also function as an additional backup for your valuable photos.
