Stock of the Week 29 2010
This dark and moody image called Girl on Sydney Train by mikewalen has taken the 'Stock of the Week' award this week. We always find it amazing how the right combination of light and colour can create moods within photos, and this one is no exception. The dark pink tones in the image, the poor lighting of the train carriage, the graffiti and the single lone person fuse to create a very lonely and almose hostile feeling.
