2. Premium Canvas

The image of your choice will be reproduced to a size of approximately 30 x 44" (762 x 1117.6mm) on to Brilliance Chromata White™ canvas (polyester/cotton blend) imported from the USA. This canvas is more expensive than pure cotton, and has several features that make it worth the extra cost.

• The material is more stable than pure cotton - it shrinks less, and is more consistent from roll to roll;
• It has no surface imperfections;
• It has the best available coating for the pigment-based ink to react with, giving the widest available colour range.

3. Giclee Printing

The image is printed on to the canvas using a Canon W8400 wide format printer. Only Canon branded pigment-based inks are used and we believe that these inks should last for 70 years in archival conditions. Expect one of these canvases displayed in a normal living room, but out of direct sunlight, to last for at least fifty years. If it fades before that, we'll reprint it for you for no charge.

4. Double UV Coating

Where other companies that print on to canvas lack, Giclee Print offers another point of difference. Once printed, the canvas is given two coats of UV protectant Glamour™ II Veneer Canvas Varnish, which imparts a degree of moisture resistance, and protects the print from abrasion as well as ultra violet (UV) light.

5. Quality Finishing

After the UV protectant varnish has cured, the canvas is stretched over a light-weight frame giving the print a nice 1 1/2" (37mm) depth. Finally it is securely stapled, taped (to hide the stapling), and strung for a perfect finish. Your print is then carefully packaged and sent via courier to your door, ready to instantly hang on your wall as soon as you unwrap it.

Shipping for your canvas print is not included in your order as it is calculated by the manufacturer based on the size of print and destination country. You will be invoiced separately for the packaging & shipping costs by Giclee Print Ltd once you print is finalised.
